Real Estate Law Legal Counsel
BDP Development, a Commercial and High-End Residential Real Estate Development company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Law Legal Counsel to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with real estate laws and regulations, protecting our company’s interests, and providing expert legal advice and guidance to our executives and project teams.
Job Functions:
- Provide legal advice and support on all real estate matters, including property acquisitions, development projects, leasing agreements, and property management.
- Review and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to real estate transactions.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Advise on zoning and land use issues, environmental regulations, and other legal considerations affecting real estate development.
- Manage and resolve real estate disputes, including litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external legal counsel, and government agencies to address legal issues and ensure smooth project execution.
- Stay updated on changes in real estate laws and regulations and provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders.

Salary Range:
